Women & Children Resilience (WCR) Foundation is an Indonesia-based organization with a mission to increase the resilience of women and children in the face of crisis and increasingly complex lives. We are committed to providing emotional support, education, and empowerment for women and children, and shaping safe and inclusive environments. Our goal is to empower women and children with resilience.
We safeguard the rights of women, children and youth from violence, oppression and discrimination. Through our initiatives, we work with partners and other organizations to provide equal access to education, healthcare, legal protection, and economic opportunities. We also promote the role of women and children in inclusive and sustainable development.
We value cooperation, transparency and innovation. Governments, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, and local communities are some of the parties with whom we collaborate. Each of our programs adopts a holistic and sustainable approach, considering social, economic, and environmental factors. - To promote and organize a collective effort to raise the quality of life for women, young people, and children so that they are ready to confront various risks and crises.
- To study and research on behalf of sustainable development, the resilience of women, young people, and children.
- To provide capacity building and training to address problems with women, young people, and children therefore fostering great resilience.
- To form a solid basis for children's protection and women's emancipation in a whole, integrated, sustainable way.
